A Zendesk AI Agent That Clears The Queue So Your Team Can Help People
Your support team talks to customers; your agent keeps the queue under control. It drafts replies from what your team already wrote, warns you before tickets run late and sums up long threads.

What Your Agent Does In Zendesk
-
Draft Replies Your Team Sends
Your agent reads the ticket, picks the macro or help article that fits and writes a reply in your team’s voice as a draft. A person reads it and sends it.
-
Warn You Before Tickets Run Late
Your agent checks which tickets are close to their response-time targets or waiting too long on your side, and posts them in order with the reason each one is stuck.
-
Catch You Up On Long Tickets
Picking up a ticket with thirty comments? Ask for a recap: what the customer needs, what’s been tried, what they’re waiting on. Your agent can add it as an internal note.
-
Sort New Tickets As They Arrive
Your agent reads each new ticket, sets the type and priority, adds your usual tags and puts it in the right group’s view, one ticket at a time.
Ask In Your Own Words
Type it in any project chat, or send it from your phone. Your agent works in Zendesk for you, with your own login, and reports back in the thread.
- Anything about to go late today?
- Draft a reply to Sarah’s ticket about the double charge. Use our billing macro.
- Catch me up on the Henderson ticket before I take it.
- Send the new shipping questions to the logistics group.
- Which tickets has Jake had open for more than three days?

Questions About Zendesk And Your Agents
Which Zendesk login should I connect?
Your own agent login. Zendesk allows one person per agent login, so your AI agent works as you and sees only the tickets and views your role can see. Each teammate who wants help connects their own.
Does it change our triggers or macros?
No. It uses your macros, tags and views as they are. Triggers, automations and other admin settings stay with your Zendesk admin.
Can it message all our customers at once?
No. Zendesk’s rules don’t allow bulk or unsolicited messages, or working faster than a person could. Your agent handles one ticket at a time, and every public reply waits for a person.
Does my agent see my Zendesk password?
No. Your Zendesk login stays in your Vault, a safe your agents can use but never read. You can remove an agent’s access, or disconnect Zendesk, at any time in Settings.
