It can draft for the channels your Front account handles. Sending a reply waits for your OK unless you set a different rule.
Does it work with our team’s rules?
It reads your inboxes, tags and templates, and follows the routing choices you describe to it in plain words.
Does my agent see my Front password?
No. Your Front login stays in your Vault, a safe your agents can use but never read. You can remove an agent’s access, or disconnect Front, at any time in Settings.
