Do I need meeting summaries or cloud recording turned on in Zoom?

For follow-ups and briefs, it helps. Your agent works from the summaries, transcripts and cloud recordings your Zoom account already has. If a call wasn’t saved, it can draft the recap from the notes you give it.

Will people know their call was recorded?

Zoom shows everyone a notice when recording or a meeting summary is on, and people can leave if they don’t agree. Your agent never starts a recording. It only reads what the host already chose to save.

Which Zoom account should I connect?

The account that hosts your meetings, so your agent can see the recordings and summaries. If you schedule for someone else, Zoom lets you share recordings of their meetings but not delete them.

Does my agent see my Zoom password?

No. Your Zoom login stays in your Vault, a safe your agents can use but never read. You can remove an agent’s access, or disconnect Zoom, at any time in Settings.
