Does the agent listen in on live calls?

No. It works from the call logs and notes your Aircall account makes available after a call, not from live audio.

Can it ring a customer back?

Not by itself. It can prepare the callback list and the notes, and a person starts the call.

Does my agent see my Aircall password?

No. Your Aircall login stays in your Vault, a safe your agents can use but never read. You can remove an agent’s access, or disconnect Aircall, at any time in Settings.
