Does it work if calls are not transcribed?

It works with what your Dialpad account provides. Without a transcript, it can still read call logs, voicemails and any notes you keep.

Does it take the place of Dialpad?

No. Your team keeps calling and texting in Dialpad. The agent reads and drafts, and people send.

Does my agent see my Dialpad password?

No. Your Dialpad login stays in your Vault, a safe your agents can use but never read. You can remove an agent’s access, or disconnect Dialpad, at any time in Settings.
