Which Teams account does the agent use?

The work or school account you sign in with, so it sees the teams, chats and meetings you’re part of. Your organization’s IT rules still apply, and some may limit outside tools.

Can it take notes in meetings I’m in?

It reads the transcript or recap once Teams has made one. People in the meeting start recording or transcription, and Teams shows everyone a notice when it’s on, so your agent never starts it by itself.

Will it message people on its own?

No. Chats, channel posts and replies stay drafts until you approve them. It won’t send the same message to lots of people or reach out to anyone you haven’t asked it to.

Does my agent see my Microsoft Teams password?

No. Your Microsoft Teams login stays in your Vault, a safe your agents can use but never read. You can remove an agent’s access, or disconnect Microsoft Teams, at any time in Settings.
