What Your Agent Does In Smartsheet
-
Updates Rows From Chat
Tell it the permits for the Eastside build cleared and it finds the row, sets the status to complete and fills in the finish date.
-
Watches The Timeline
It scans the schedule for tasks whose predecessors slipped and tells you which downstream dates are now at risk.
-
Builds Sheet Summaries
Ask for a Monday summary of the vendor tracker and it reads the sheet and returns a short note with what changed since last week.
Ask In Your Own Words
Type it in any project chat, or send it from your phone. Your agent works in Smartsheet for you, with your own login, and reports back in the thread.
- Mark the Eastside permits row complete with today’s date.
- Which tasks are at risk because of the delayed foundation work?
- Summarize what changed in the vendor tracker since last Monday.
