What Your Agent Does In monday.com
-
Turn Emails Into Board Items
Forward a request or customer email. Your agent adds it to the right board and group, with the name, contact, date and status each in its own column.
-
Follow Up On Stuck Items
Your agent finds items marked Stuck or past their date, posts an update on each that tags the owner, and gives you one list of what’s still waiting on whom.
-
Write The Weekly Board Recap
What moved to Done, what’s stuck and what’s due next week, in plain words for people who never open the board. You check it before it’s shared.
-
Shift Dates When Plans Change
When a deadline moves, your agent finds the items that depend on it, suggests new dates on the timeline and updates them once you agree.
Ask In Your Own Words

Questions About monday.com And Your Agents
Which monday.com account should I connect?
Your own login is fine. Some teams add a separate member just for the agent so its updates are easy to spot. It sees only the boards that account can see, so a member with fewer boards keeps it focused.
Will it understand our columns and status labels?
Yes. It reads each board’s groups, columns and status labels as your team set them up, and fills in the ones you name. If a column is unclear, it asks before guessing.
Do monday’s own automations and agents keep working?
Yes. Nothing about your automations or monday agents changes. Think of your agent as one more teammate on the board, working through what you ask for at a normal pace.
Does my agent see my monday.com password?
No. Your monday.com login stays in your Vault, a safe your agents can use but never read. You can remove an agent’s access, or disconnect monday.com, at any time in Settings.
