Questions About Clockify And Your Agents
Can the agent approve timesheets?
Only if you turn that on. By default it prepares a review and a manager approves.
Does it see everyone’s hours?
It sees what the Clockify user you connected can see. A manager account shows more, and a regular member account shows less.
Does my agent see my Clockify password?
No. Your Clockify login stays in your Vault, a safe your agents can use but never read. You can remove an agent’s access, or disconnect Clockify, at any time in Settings.
