Which Asana account should I connect?
Your own works. Many teams add a separate Asana seat just for the agent, so its comments show under its own name and it only sees the projects and teams you add it to.
Will my team get flooded with Asana notifications?
No. Your agent goes one task at a time and leaves one comment per overdue task, not a stream of pings. You can also ask for the list only and do the nudging yourself.
Does it get in the way of Asana’s own AI or rules?
No. Your rules, AI Studio flows and AI Teammates keep running as they are. Your agent takes the requests you send from Octopus Prime and works in the same projects.
Does my agent see my Asana password?
No. Your Asana login stays in your Vault, a safe your agents can use but never read. You can remove an agent’s access, or disconnect Asana, at any time in Settings.
