What Your Agent Does In Trello
-
Turn Emails Into Cards
Forward an email or paste a message. Your agent makes a card in the right list with a short title, any due date it mentions and the action items as a checklist.
-
Build A Board From A Plan
Describe a move, a launch or an event. Your agent sets up the lists and cards, adds a checklist to each one and puts the dates you know on them.
-
Clean Up A Cluttered Board
Your agent finds duplicate cards and cards nobody has touched in weeks. It suggests which to merge or archive and does it once you say yes.
-
Send A Due-Soon Rundown
Each morning or each Monday, get a short list of cards due soon, overdue cards and who they’re assigned to, across the boards you pick.
Ask In Your Own Words
Type it in any project chat, or send it from your phone. Your agent works in Trello for you, with your own login, and reports back in the thread.
- Turn Sarah’s email about the open house into a card with a checklist.
- Set up a board for the shop renovation with a list for each room.
- Are there duplicate cards on the Prospects board?
- What’s due this week on the Content board?
- Put Mike on the menu photos card and make it due Thursday.

Questions About Trello And Your Agents
Does it need a paid Trello plan?
No. It works with the boards, lists, cards, labels and checklists you already have, on any Trello plan, using your own Trello login.
Can I keep some boards away from the agent?
Yes. It can open the boards your connected account can open. To limit it, connect a separate Trello account for the agent and add it only to the boards you want.
Will it clash with our Trello automation rules?
No. Your rules and buttons keep running. If a card your agent moves sets off one of your rules, the rule runs just as it would for you.
Does my agent see my Trello password?
No. Your Trello login stays in your Vault, a safe your agents can use but never read. You can remove an agent’s access, or disconnect Trello, at any time in Settings.
