A DocuSign AI Agent That Gets Agreements Signed
Your agent handles the paperwork around signatures: it fills your templates, keeps track of who’s holding things up and finds the date you need in last year’s contract. Sending waits for your OK, and only the people named on the envelope sign.

What Your Agent Does In DocuSign
-
Send Agreements From Your Templates
Name the client and the template. Your agent fills in their details, puts the signers in the right order and shows you the finished envelope. It goes out only when you say so.
-
Know Who’s Holding Things Up
Ask what’s still out. Your agent lists every envelope waiting on someone, how long it has sat and whose turn it is, then drafts a short reminder to just that person.
-
Fix A Stuck Envelope
A typo in an email, a signer who left the company, an envelope someone declined: your agent works out the fix, such as correcting the address or copying the envelope, and makes the change after you approve.
-
Find Dates In Signed Agreements
Ask whether you have a signed NDA with a company or when a contract renews. Your agent searches your completed envelopes and answers with the date, the clause and a link to the document.
Ask In Your Own Words
Type it in any project chat, or send it from your phone. Your agent works in DocuSign for you, with your own login, and reports back in the thread.
- Send the consulting agreement template to Lisa Moreno at Brightline. Show me before it goes.
- What’s still waiting on a signature from last week?
- Tom says he never got the DocuSign email. Check his address and resend it.
- Do we have a signed NDA with Northwind Labs?
- When does the Greenway cleaning contract renew?

Week-Old Envelopes Become Tasks
An envelope that has sat unsigned for a week can become a task with the signer’s name, so someone calls them instead of sending another email.
Tasks -
A Renewal Review On The Calendar

Questions About DocuSign And Your Agents
Which DocuSign login should I connect?
Connect your own DocuSign sender login. DocuSign gives each person their own seat, so your agent works only on your envelopes and templates and leaves account settings, users and billing alone.
What if I’m one of the signers?
Your agent prepares the envelope and tells you when it’s your turn, but you open it and sign yourself. It never adopts a signature or clicks Sign for anyone.
Will it send a contract to a whole list at once?
No. Each envelope goes only to the people on that agreement, one at a time, after you approve. Sending the same document to a long list isn’t something your agent does.
Does my agent see my DocuSign password?
No. Your DocuSign login stays in your Vault, a safe your agents can use but never read. You can remove an agent’s access, or disconnect DocuSign, at any time in Settings.
