Only the mailbox you connect. If you connect a shared support address, it sees that one and nothing else in your organization.
Does it answer people without asking me?
No. It writes drafts and you decide what goes out. You can also let it file and label mail on its own while sends stay on ask-first.
Does my agent see my Zoho Mail password?
No. Your Zoho Mail login stays in your Vault, a safe your agents can use but never read. You can remove an agent’s access, or disconnect Zoho Mail, at any time in Settings.
