What Your Agent Does In Google Calendar
-
Book A Time That Suits Everyone
Name the people and how long you need. Your agent checks everyone’s free time, suggests a few slots and sends the invite with a video link once you pick one.
-
Add Events From Emails And Photos
Forward a booking confirmation, a school notice or a photo of a flyer. Your agent finds the date, time and place and puts it on the right calendar with a reminder.
-
Keep Clashes Off Your Week
Your agent spots double bookings and meetings that land on your focus time. It suggests what to move, accept or decline, and answers each invite once you say which.
-
Plan Your Day Each Morning
Each morning, get a short rundown of today’s meetings, who’s coming, the free gaps you can use and anything to read before a call.
Ask In Your Own Words
Type it in any project chat, or send it from your phone. Your agent works in Google Calendar for you, with your own login, and reports back in the thread.
- Can you get Priya, Dan and me together for half an hour before Friday?
- Here’s the dentist confirmation. Put it on my calendar with a reminder the day before.
- I’m double booked Thursday at 10. Which one should I move?
- What does tomorrow look like?
- Lisa’s offsite moved to the 14th. Fix my calendar and let Jake know.

Questions About Google Calendar And Your Agents
Which calendars can the agent see?
The ones the Google account you connected can see, including calendars other people share with you. If you only want it on your work calendar, connect your work account.
Will it accept or decline invites on its own?
Only if you tell it to. By default it lists new invites and clashes with a suggested answer, and you decide. Replies go out from your account, so guests see your name.
Can it send an invite to a big list of people?
It invites the people you name for one meeting at a time. It won’t send mass invites. Google limits those to stop spam, and your agent works at a normal person’s pace.
Does my agent see my Google Calendar password?
No. Your Google Calendar login stays in your Vault, a safe your agents can use but never read. You can remove an agent’s access, or disconnect Google Calendar, at any time in Settings.
