What Your Agent Does In Gumroad
-
Answers Buyer Questions
A buyer cannot find their download link and the agent finds their purchase, drafts the reply with the link and leaves it for you to send.
-
Reports On Product Sales
Each week it shows which products sold, which pages got visits with no sales and how a new price compares with the old one.
-
Drafts Launch Emails
Give it the details of your new template pack and it drafts the announcement for your followers, waiting for your approval.
Ask In Your Own Words
Type it in any project chat, or send it from your phone. Your agent works in Gumroad for you, with your own login, and reports back in the thread.
- Which of my products sold this week, and which ones did not?
- Draft a reply to the buyer who lost their download for the font bundle.
- Write the launch email for the new spreadsheet template and hold it for me.

Questions About Gumroad And Your Agents
Can the agent send my payout somewhere?
No. It reads your sales, and anything that moves money, including payouts, waits for a person’s OK.
Will it email my followers by itself?
Not unless you allow it. Emails are saved as drafts in your project and sending waits for your OK.
Does my agent see my Gumroad password?
No. Your Gumroad login stays in your Vault, a safe your agents can use but never read. You can remove an agent’s access, or disconnect Gumroad, at any time in Settings.
