Should I connect my super admin account?
Google advises against using a super admin for everyday work. Connect an admin account with a narrower role, for example one that can create users and reset passwords but can’t delete anyone.
Will it delete someone’s files when they leave?
Not unless you ask. Your agent suspends the account first and moves Drive files, email and calendars to someone else. Deleting the user is a separate step that waits for your OK.
