What Your Agent Does In Etsy
-
Refreshes Listings
Say you want the ceramic planters retitled for spring and it suggests new titles and tags for each listing and applies the ones you pick.
-
Keeps Stock Honest
After you tell it a batch of tote bags sold at the weekend market, it lowers the quantity on those listings so nobody buys what you no longer have.
-
Drafts Buyer Replies
It reads a buyer’s question about custom sizing, checks the listing and drafts a friendly answer in your shop’s voice.
Ask In Your Own Words
Type it in any project chat, or send it from your phone. Your agent works in Etsy for you, with your own login, and reports back in the thread.
- Retitle my planter listings for spring and show me the options.
- Lower the tote bag quantity by six after the market.
- Draft a reply to the buyer asking about custom sizing.

Questions About Etsy And Your Agents
Will the agent message my buyers on its own?
Not unless you allow it. Replies are saved as drafts, and sending can be set to ask first.
Can it handle more than one shop?
Yes. Connect each shop separately and choose which one the agent works in, so they never get mixed up.
Does my agent see my Etsy password?
No. Your Etsy login stays in your Vault, a safe your agents can use but never read. You can remove an agent’s access, or disconnect Etsy, at any time in Settings.
