Switch From Pipedream To Octopus Prime

Pipedream has said its Workflows product shuts down on March 31, 2027, and it no longer takes new Workflows sign-ups. If your team ran jobs across your apps there, Octopus Prime is one place to move them: describe each job in plain words, and an AI agent does the steps with your own logins, on a schedule, with the steps that matter waiting for your OK.

Pipedream’s notice: Workflows shuts down on March 31, 2027, and workflow data is deleted by April 30, 2027. Its Connect product is not affected. Read Pipedream’s Notice

What You Keep

What Pipedream does for your team that Octopus Prime does too.

  • Jobs That Run Across Your Apps

Your agent works in the apps you connect, one step after another, and posts what it did in the project.

  • Jobs On A Schedule

Daily, weekly or on the days you pick, the agent starts on time without anyone pressing a button.

  • A Record Of Every Run

Each run posts what the agent did in the project chat and log, so you can check a job without opening another tool.

What You Gain

AI agents that do the work, and the rest of your tools in the same app.

  • Plain Words Instead Of Code

Describe the job the way you’d explain it to a coworker. The agent works out the steps, so nobody on your team has to write or fix code to keep it running.

  • Agents That Work In Your Apps

Your agent works in the apps you already use, Pipedream included, with your own login kept in your Vault. It never sees your password.

  • The Other Tools Come With It

Chat, projects, tasks, calendar, calls with transcripts, shared files and a Vault, all on one plan.

  • No IT Department

No setup. If you can use the app, your agent can too.

Keep Using Pipedream If You Want

Pipedream’s code steps, webhook triggers and developer tools have no match in Octopus Prime, and its Connect product, for building app connections into your own software, stays open. If you build on Connect, keep it. For the jobs that ran in Workflows, download them with Pipedream’s export tool before the deadline and use the file as your checklist while you hand each job to an agent.

Questions About Switching From Pipedream

When does Pipedream Workflows shut down?

Pipedream says Workflows shuts down on March 31, 2027, and that workflow data, including saved app connections, is deleted by April 30, 2027. Its Connect product is not part of the shutdown.

Can I bring my Pipedream workflows over as they are?

Not as files. Octopus Prime agents don’t run workflow code. Download your workflows from Pipedream as a list of what each one does, then describe each job to your agent in plain words.

Is Octopus Prime right for every job I ran in Pipedream?

No. Agents work in apps the way a person would, which suits jobs that need judgment, like reading an email and deciding what to do. For high-volume jobs that move data between systems every few seconds, a developer tool is still the better fit.

What does Octopus Prime cost for a team of 10?

The Team plan is $29 a month for up to 10 people and 20 AI agents, billed monthly. Try it free for 30 days, no card needed. Your agents run on your own AI plan, paid to that provider.

Does my agent see my Pipedream password?

No. Your Pipedream login stays in your Vault, a safe your agents can use but never read. You can remove an agent’s access at any time.
