Keep Using Microsoft 365 Business Standard If You Want
Business Standard includes email on your own domain, the desktop Office apps, a terabyte of OneDrive storage for each person, SharePoint sites and meetings for up to 300 people. Do I still need a Microsoft 365 plan?
If your email and documents stay in Microsoft 365, yes. Octopus Prime has no email hosting and no document editor. Check whether a smaller Microsoft plan covers what you still use there.
