Keep agents on track
Reuse prompts across your OpenClaw agents
“The good prompts live in my notes app.”
You finally wrote the prompt that gets a clean weekly summary out of the Sales Agent. Two weeks on, a teammate asks for it, and it takes ten minutes to find.
Everyone writes their own version, and the agents get a slightly different request from each person.
Why it happens in OpenClaw
- OpenClaw skills and workspace files belong to one agent on one machine. A prompt that works well usually lives in one person’s notes or chat history.
- Sharing it means copying text around and hoping everyone uses the newest version.
How Octopus Prime solves it

Where to find it in the app
