Will it change diagrams my team already made?
Only if you ask. By default it makes new boards, and edits to existing ones are shown to you first.
Can it read the text inside a diagram?
Yes. It reads the labels and notes on a board, so you can ask what a flowchart says without opening it.
Does my agent see my Whimsical password?
No. Your Whimsical login stays in your Vault, a safe your agents can use but never read. You can remove an agent’s access, or disconnect Whimsical, at any time in Settings.
