Questions About Canva And Your Agents
Which Canva plan does it need?
Filling templates and finding designs work on any Canva account you can sign in to. Resizing a design to new sizes and making designs from a spreadsheet need a paid Canva plan.
Can it make a logo we can trademark, or sell our templates?
No. Canva’s license doesn’t let you trademark a logo built from Canva’s library or resell its templates as they are. Your agent works with your own logo and the templates in your account.
Does it copy my designs out of Canva?
No. Designs stay in your Canva account. Your agent downloads only the file you ask for, like a print PDF or a story image, and Canva doesn’t allow pulling designs out in bulk.
Does my agent see my Canva password?
No. Your Canva login stays in your Vault, a safe your agents can use but never read. You can remove an agent’s access, or disconnect Canva, at any time in Settings.
