Questions About NetSuite And Your Agents
Does the agent work with our custom records and fields?
It works with what the NetSuite role you connected can reach, including custom fields on that role’s records. A narrower role means narrower access.
Can it post to the ledger on its own?
Not by default. It prepares drafts for a person to approve, and posting stays behind an OK.
Does my agent see my NetSuite password?
No. Your NetSuite login stays in your Vault, a safe your agents can use but never read. You can remove an agent’s access, or disconnect NetSuite, at any time in Settings.
