Which QuickBooks user should I connect?
Add your agent as its own user rather than sharing the primary admin login. Pick the narrowest role that covers the work, such as one limited to customers and sales if it only handles estimates and invoices.
Will it pay my bills?
No. Your agent can enter a bill from a receipt and remind you before it’s due, but paying it, in QuickBooks or anywhere else, is a step you take yourself.
Does it just accept QuickBooks’ category guesses?
No. It checks each guess against how you’ve sorted that vendor before and points out the ones that don’t fit, like a transfer showing up as income. You make the final call.
Does my agent see my QuickBooks password?
No. Your QuickBooks login stays in your Vault, a safe your agents can use but never read. You can remove an agent’s access, or disconnect QuickBooks, at any time in Settings.
