Questions About Mercury And Your Agents
Can the agent send money from my account?
No, not by itself. It can prepare a payment, and a person has to approve it before anything leaves the account.
Does it see all of my accounts?
It sees the accounts the Mercury access you connected allows. A view-only connection keeps it from preparing payments at all.
Does my agent see my Mercury password?
No. Your Mercury login stays in your Vault, a safe your agents can use but never read. You can remove an agent’s access, or disconnect Mercury, at any time in Settings.
