Can the agent ask customers for reviews?
It can draft a short note with your review link for you to send to all your customers, not only the happy ones. Google doesn’t allow discounts or gifts in exchange for reviews, so your agent won’t offer them.
Can it get a fake review taken down?
It can’t remove reviews. If one looks like it breaks Google’s rules, your agent drafts a report for Google’s review tool and you decide whether to send it. Google makes the final call.
Do I have to connect the owner account?
No. Add a Google account as a manager on the profile and connect that one. Managers can reply to reviews and edit the profile, but they can’t remove the profile or change who manages it.
Does my agent see my Google Business Profile password?
No. Your Google Business Profile login stays in your Vault, a safe your agents can use but never read. You can remove an agent’s access, or disconnect Google Business Profile, at any time in Settings.
