Which Mailchimp login should I connect?
Your own user login. Mailchimp doesn’t allow sharing a password, so if a teammate also wants help, invite them as a user on your account and have them connect their own login.
Can it import a list I bought?
No. Mailchimp only allows people who opted in to your emails, so your agent won’t upload bought, rented or copied lists, and it won’t re-subscribe anyone who unsubscribed.
Will archiving delete my contacts?
No. Archived contacts keep their history and can be brought back anytime; they just stop counting toward your plan. Your agent shows you who it plans to archive and waits for your OK.
Does my agent see my Mailchimp password?
No. Your Mailchimp login stays in your Vault, a safe your agents can use but never read. You can remove an agent’s access, or disconnect Mailchimp, at any time in Settings.
