Questions About Copper And Your Agents
Does the agent need its own Copper user?
You connect one Copper user, and the agent works with that user’s access. A dedicated user makes it easy to see what the agent did.
Can it handle our custom fields?
Yes. It reads the custom fields on your records and fills them in using the names you gave them.
Does my agent see my Copper password?
No. Your Copper login stays in your Vault, a safe your agents can use but never read. You can remove an agent’s access, or disconnect Copper, at any time in Settings.
